Returns & Refund Policy
At Petite Loom, we want you to love every piece. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached and in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
To initiate a return, start online with our returns portal using your order number and shipping ZIP code, or email us at hello@petiteloom.com.
Return Shipping
For US returns, we provide a prepaid return label and deduct a flat $10 return shipping fee from your refund, shown to you before you confirm. Size exchanges are complimentary — no return shipping fee applies. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction.
Sale Items
Sale items are eligible for return under the same conditions as full-price items.
International Returns
We accept international returns for refund within the same 14-day window. Start your return online in our returns portal, then send your items back to our Naperville, Illinois studio with the tracked carrier of your choice. Nothing is deducted from your refund by Petite Loom, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs or duties fees associated with the return. Size exchanges are available on US orders only; for a different size internationally, please return for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@petiteloom.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.
